A Whatsapp massege was sent reguarding a job offer and a few documents and a scan of signature was asked for in June . Then it was radio silence for a long time . In july an “advocate” made a call and demanded money , all the transactions were made via paytm UPI , a sum of Rs. 50,250 was trasfered in installment . Then in August they sent a legal notice via gmail (which was also found to be fake) and was demanded a sum of Rs 1,25,850 if failed to make the payment I was threatened with public humiliation and also to be put behind the bars. It was phyically, mentally and emotionally draining. I request justice to be served.
