- I had received a message from boxgig.in regarding 10 inch tablet at special price of Rs2599. I hadordered the same through their website on 16th august 2020 and paid for it online. I have not received any information except the mail that I shall recieve it in 3 to 4 days time and I shall be notified about it. I have rewritten to the company enquiring about the status but there is no reply . Kindly advice how to recover the tablet or money.
Same the complaint of Ms Garima Aggarwal from my side also, facing the same exactly thing happened with me. Kindly help as it’s our very hard code money.
I have received same advertisement on my phone. I transferred the URL to my PC it opens a page of the tablet. However you will notice that the last part of the advtisment is your cellphone number. If you just open http://www.boxgig.in , it opens a single webpage with some TV, survelence camera etc and not tablet at al.. It looks as if this great tablet is only made for few chosen individuals to dupe them. Why otherwise the tablet is absent from their website. Also you will notice that there one email for customer support. There is no office address or any other location. This looks as a pure fraud to me. The description of the tablet will make you salivate with greed. That is where they have won you. I was suspect because of the the unknown website and for after search I found these two complaints. My suggestion will be to file a cybercrime complaint. They will definitely search where your money has gone since this is online payment. Hope it has not gone to nigeria or South America.
