I am Sarala Sreeramulu resident of No 4, KR Nagar main road. I am trying to caution you about online fraudsters with my own experience and just now I registered my compaint in consumer complaints court.
All of you please be careful when you are renting your properties.

Hello, I had posted an advertisement on Magic bricks for renting my residence. I got a call on July 19th from a person named Akshay kumar chennamaneni who is looking for a home on rent in Korattur and he told me that he is currently in Defence posted as doctor in Chennai and want rented house for his family who is having wife and two kids. He told me that he is satisfied with the photos I sent and want to transfer deposit amount immediately and also told not to accept any other offers from others
When I sent crossed cheque picture he told me that the amount will get transferred from Indian Army account and he wants more online app details I got suspicious with this statement and started looking for more information at google and found he did similar scams with many.
