I am Rabindra .I wrongly credited Rs 17,000.00 on 10/2/21 through PhonePe to a fraudster for purchasing a used laptop from him. Then I filed one FIR at local police station, complained at Cybercrime cell, informed to my bank within 48 hours, also informed to phonepe cyber cell somehow this can be reversed.
Unfortunately, I got no response from any of the above . My transaction details and all documents are as attached.
