On Sun, Dec 10, 2023 at 8:07 PM and Sun, Dec 10, 2023 at 8:09 PM I got a call from +917340551946. It was computerized IVR call, so I believed it and followed instruction which informed me that a transaction is done on my mobikwik account and if you want to block this unauthorized transaction press 1 then IVRS instructed to enter OTP on keypad.
It happned twice within 2 minutes. As soon as the call ended, I got a mail that Rs 24711 and Rs 11716 were utilized on Myntra app through mobikwik pay later. I immediately reported this fraud transaction to fraudalerts@mobikwik.com and account got freezed by mobikwik. Cyber crime incident raised on the next day still showing under investigation. Also shared with mobikwik. As usual they denied the refund stating service is already used. This is very serious security lapse at mobikwik. Now recovery agents from mobikwik is making threatening calls to me and my contact details. Mobikwik is allowing recovery agents to access my contact list and giving mental harassment to them also. Very unethical and unprofessional. Please help me.
