Hello Cyber Cell

This mail is in reference to the suspicious activity and unauthorised transaction of approx 96000/- which has been successfully done on my credit card dated 4/1/2023 after so many falied attempts by the unknown thief.

This incident started from 31/12/2022 time 9.34 pm
When i received an unknown text for authorization from me. (OTP)

But on the basis of security measures bank had taken a step and blocked the card at the moment i got relief and then in the morning i reported this incident to the sbi bank customer care on call to their fraud department

They assured me that they will take care of this and my credit card #4497 has been blocked already.

In addition to this they said someone has invaded fraudly into my mobile app and they have tried to change my registered mobile number too so they could do transaction without hassle so customer care representative instructed me to delet the sbi mobile app.

I uninstalled the mobile app right that moment and got a relief but again On 4/1/2023 at 11.10 pm i received a text that transaction of 96000/- is successfully done through mobile app that too with new issued credit card #8520, which i was not even aware that last digit of this card is that only.

I again called up to customer care to ask for help and for this new card to get it blocked.

They said transaction has been successfully done through your mobile app. In statement you will get the amount to pay.

I just wanna bring this into your notice against Sbi bank that if they already had idea through my complaint that some mischievious and fradulent activity has been already tried and there are chances that this could be done again then how they could authorized the transaction at their end
Why they didn’t ask my approval that wether its me or again its been getting done through the unknown hacker???

They didn’t get bothered to take a step and seek my apporoval???

How SBI bank Can be so lenient and careless when it comes to safety for their customer????

If this is the way they are going to be operated????? how long their customer would find safe with their service?????

All the screenshot relevent to this fraud are attached below and please take a strong stand against this asap

As i am and i will not be responsible for any transaction onwards, i am clearing this for future reference
i have already blocked credit card and that too mobile app.

Kindly pay heed to my request and provide me resolution againstthat unknown element
And take a step against SBI bank too.
