I have made 11000 transfer from AeronPay wallet to Bank using UPI service. In app it is showing pending since 3 days. I have tried to raise support case but app is showing request timeout while raising support ticket. I contacted support over email, sent 3 email but no response. AeronPay whatsApp support is no more working. I contacted grievance team over email but no response as expected. My money is stuck. Need help. Please assist.
