I have taken the loan on 16th of June from focus loan 5000, they deducted 2300 as a charge out of 5k without giving any prior info. nd only 2700 is credited to my account now they are continuously mentally harassing by calling me nd my relatives despite of full payment of payment. Kindly take any legal action against them they are really fraud and harm the society mentally increasing depression, anxiety due to their continues cyber bullying.
