COMPLAIN ABOUT CRADLESOFT ENTERPRISES 

On 10th July 2020 he called me i didn’t answer then he called me on 11.07.20 i am agree to do the job then he called me 20 th july  at 09.57 AM both the time I got the  calls from Mr.. RUTVIK SHAH  (Mobile no 919099309188) (Email Id is EXECUTIVE.RUTVIKSHAH@GMAIL.COM of CradleSoft Enterprises. He offered me a data entry job,  saying they are a freelancing company under the surveillance of government. I’ve to fill up 640 form in 7 days with 90% accuracy. But if I fail to complete the assignment by deadline or couldn’t make it with required accuracy I’ve to pay the registration fees of Rs 4,840/-. Otherwise They will give me of Rs. 31 /- per form if i do the work. Then after the registration and verification by a lady Riya Shah Phone no 9624362301) and I started the work from 22.07.20 i worked in that day almost of 3 hours 30 Minutes (approx) i was completed 70 entry . But from the next day their website is not working i was called them several time in that and mail them then i have a doubt i was told that i want to cancel the job then Mr. Vipul Chowdhury  threat me i had a contract if you not complete the job then we will take a strong action against you then i search in the website many people are submitted their complains about this company then today i give a proper mail to them that i dont want to do the job to Mr. Rutvik Shah and i leave my phone no in Consumer Complaint Court then a people called me His name is Ayush Rai his no is 6291491924 you Guy’s can confirm with him he residing at Howrah bally he is facing the same problem when we are taking with each other we share the Legal Employment Contract Number you guy’s can not believe that   The Legal Contract No is same (PR 341237) then we decide that we have complain in cyber Cell you guys can check your contract number i think The Number is the same if it is same immediately complain against those people and this company to the Cyber cell  this is fraud company do not entertain them and do not fear stay strong, some people complaining that they are threatening them took money from them do not give them money just check  your Contract Number they are fraud that is why i am here to raised a complain against them please dont leave them please Sir/Madam take a strong action against them they doing fraud i also hear that some of people share that a lawyer calls them and gave them a threat about FIR and the lawyer also send FIR copy to the people houses sir they suffering a lot please take a strong step against them.

i am going to upload the contract they just copied and paste but the contract number is same how it is possible
