HI Team,
I have booked a ticket on Feb 27 2022 from Ranchi to Ahmedabad 6E-6791 and 6E-6968 and Ahmedabad to Ranchi Indigo 6E-984,6E-5037 through Travolook Portal .
But unfortunately the Booking got cancelled due to fare expiration automatically ,in the mean while the money has got debited as an amount 6660/- INR .
I have been told & got call from the customer care executives that the money will be refunded back to my source account within 7-10 working days period .
On which I have waited for such long day to get back my money refunded back to my original source account but it was a such a waste & frustrated for me that even after waiting for 1.5 months there was no response & no money has been refunded back to my credit card yet .
Request you to kindly take strict disciplinary action against them ,with the organization & entire company should learn a lesson for cheating & doing fraud with innocent people’s .
