I had order 3 items from faschic 15.com on 8 April 2021 it’s almost about a month now but it still hasn’t been delivered.

I had order 3 items from faschic 15.com on 7 January 2021 it’s almost about 5 month now but it still hasn’t been delivered.
I also ordered products in the month of September, which was my second order and i didn’t get any confirmation from their end.
Please do the necessity. Either deliver my order or refund me.
