I am really fed-up with the response from the RBL bank side against the complaint of the fraud transaction done on my credit card on 24th Feb.
It is clear that the transaction was done by a fraud people through the fraud site (Amazon pay india privatet). I have made a search on the internet and found this merchant is a fraud and all the transactions are fraudulent.
But I have received the message from your side as “this is an OTP enabled transaction and so the customer should pay the amount” like this. I felt that no investigation was made against the merchant.
I didn’t even share the OTP which I received in my mobile with any.
First attempt for this transaction failed with the wrong OTP and the next two attempts were successful. From this itself we can come to the conclusion that this was not authorized by the customer. But the Bank is not ready to ask for the invoice/ transaction statement to the merchant and they are helping the Cyber cheaters.
