My name is Souvik Biswas.I am from west Bengal. I was offered a typing job at Bigdata Avenue company,Jamnagar in Gujrat.They asked me to fill up 410 forms within 4 days. For this they will pay me at rs. 35/ form.And i had to sign a agreement on s 100 rs. stamp paper. I started working. On the second day i found that there are only 2 filled up forms was seen on there site while i already filled 105 forms on the starting day.I called them and they told me to continue the filling up from begining. I got disheartened. I asked them about my filled up 105 forms.They replied nothing.So i stopped working.Because everyone has its own importance of time.I also spent time to filled up those forms and then it was missing from their site.Anyway,Today,on 30 nov,I gat a call from someone by name Wasim Shaikh.He introduced himself as a lawyer.He asked me to pay some rs. 37350 through Google py or Net banking as i haven’t completed the work.I told him everything in details about why i didn’t complete the task..His behaviour was too rude and heartless.He mailed me a FIR saying that i have to appear at jamnagar court on 3rd dec,2020 with a penalty of rs. 37350/-.If i don’t appear then i have to pay rs. 150000/- to avoid arrest.He also said my local police officials will come to my house to verification.They will arrest me and send me to Gujrat court. I am not scared but worried of that FIR.Is it a true copy of FIR? please help me. What should i do?
