I am naveen, I am student looking for a part time jobs I was recently uploaded my resume on netalljobs , group technologies company persons contacted me , then they created an intrest towards them and they given agreement and said that just upload photo nd sign , not even give the 2 minutes to read the agreement. Now they filled case on me behalf of incomplete work but they not asking registration fee they simply asking 1,26,000 if not they saying that they send the court notices to my adress , they are number one scammers and frauds in our nation, and they showing simply government approval , why the government giving approvals to this stupid scammers .
This I got and they simply asking money to grab .so please see their end…
This Intimation Letter Inform you, That GROWUP TECHNOLOGIE Company has filed a case under the SECTION of 73-74-75 of INDIAN CONTRACT ACT 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on THE AGREEMENT that if you have not SUCCEEDED ON YOUR JOB THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT.
Remedies for breach of contract.
Sec 73 – compensation for loss or damage caused by breach of contract proximate losses not remote/indirect losses.
Sec 74 – compensation for breach of contract Where penalty specified.Sec 75 – party who is rightfully rescinding is entitled for compensation.
