I was asked to do captcha work. If it’s not completed I was asked to pay fine 5400.
They said they will send a mail. I never received the mail.
Later after a month they asked for the fine, started pressurising me for the fine. They said they have send me mail. I paid the fine. Then they started asking for 16k for NOC.
