I got call from (+91 7486049375) for captcha jobs from core enterprise , he told me about captcha entry on mobile work within particular days which need to be done with 90% accuracy , he send Some Demo on my Whats App.he told after work done you will get payment & you have to pay us registration charges & it will be deducted from my salary, then he demand of the photo id proof ,email id , I had given him for the same, after told me you will get a varification call from our verification department , & I received a call (+91 990991496) from them then she told me you have agree all details i told yes after that she send me email for agreement from email is agreement@onlineformfilling.co. next day i got user id and password.But then my college started the online classes so on 29.09.2020 I mailed help4captcha01@gmail.com that I can’t work with company as my college was conducting online classes they replied that “dear costumer what you want know” I told them that “sir I just want to quit the job which I have not started yet”.Then they replied me that ” You will get a call from concerned department”
Then directly on 7 October at 12:57 I got call (+91 7046979052) named as Shikha Patel from Gujarat High court and she very rudely asked me to pay 11000 and was continuously pressurize and threatening me. After that she was continuously giving me deadlines for the payment and threatening me of finishing my career. She said to me if I don’t pay her 11000 then I have to pay 3 lakhs which then turned to 4 lakhs. After that she send me the following message ” *””Mr/Ms.Varisha Khalil,This is to inform you that your internal case (GJ/3852215) has been listed on 30/09/2020 for Legal proceedings””*”
Then on 15 October I got a mail from advocateassciate110@gmail.com saying “By the aforesaid mail we inform you that we have received your File from our Client ( Core Enterprise ) in order to take steps for legal action against you for violating the clauses of the Agreement duly signed and attested by you.
You are liable Under Indian Contract Act 1872 and other provisions according to law.
We are sending you the soft copy of the Legal Notice in your email and hereby you are informed to reply back to us within 7 days with a PDF attached to that mail from Adv. Minhaz ”
Then I got a call (+91 9913457384) from giving me last warnings.They are continously calling and sending mails and msgs. They are harassing me, blackmaling me that if I will not pay they will send police. They treated me as if I am a criminal.
