I ordered boat eardopes which was around 331 rupees including shipping charges , after paying I do not receive the product nor confirmation from customer. When I checked for their website all the details provided in website is fake now website is not working at all.
I have paid the money from Paytm UPI and paid to payu money . With transaction ID is 36785364599058. Merchant name is Mirathkumar Vinubhai Virani. Kindly help me to refund the amount.
