I have ordered a product from adaah collective, i have made full payment in advance and asked for tracking id, but even after lot of follow up they didn’t provided the tracking id al, neither product was delivered and left replying for my messages, they have created a fake profile and cheating customer, please take strict action

i have received the refund , but these guys adaah collection are not trustable as i got the refund only after when i did complaint otherwise these guys adaah collection were first giving false commitment that you will receive your product within 5 days , then they told size not available it will take another 15 days and when i started asking tracking I’d after 15 days , they left replying for my messages, after doing complaint on 29 April i got refund tomorrow.
