Sir, My name is Shivam Kumar. On February 28th 2023 between 12:00am to 12:00 pm in my paytm postpaid fraud transactions happened. I haven’t used it for more than 4-5 days. It seems that someone accessed my account and deducting money from my postpaid account. Within these 12hrs a total of ₹1587 has been deducted in small amounts per time. My credit limit is ₹7000. Paytm helpline cannot support it and through their 24×7 chat support they don’t even have any solution for that. That fraud guy shows no number only name as ‘Vodafone Idea Lts.’. I tried to solve it through lender Aditya Birla Finance Limited but they can’t even pick up costumer calls.
