I posted an add on OLX for my bicycle today on 23rd of August 2022 after that I received one call which was from a buyer and he said that he served the Indian Army he provided some of the proofs after trusting he asked me to pay some of the amount so that it reflects on google pay as they have a different payment scenarios.
I paid total 9800/- via google pay today which was totally waste. After lots of Investigation I come to know that the suspect has recently opened his account in IDFC bank about a month ago without his aadhar and pan card which was opened online. I would appreciate if you let me know that without investigating the authenticity of a person how you permit him to open the account in your bank and then too with this type of conduct he runs his account for a month without any problem make frauds with lots of peoples. And you guys not bothered to investigate about his KYC.
I am sharing the credentials of the supsect pls check and refund my amount. It’s your responsiblity to check and verify the customer authenticity and his genuity which was lacking from you all.
