Last night,I added my money in paytm wallet the amount is 20000 from my bank account through net banking. Then i tried to send money to other bank account using patym’s ‘send money to bank’ it got failed. Then i tried to resend money option it got pending.i am continuosly calling on their customer care number i tried it for more then 10 times but the speaker is saying that due to busy line you should wait. Its urgent for me to transfer amount. But there is no one to tell me about where my money is
