Really impressed with such a pathetic and absurd customer support from such so called Airtel . This is my fifth mail to duff and dumb people sitting there at Airtel.
Sir I have ordered one Vivi V 11 pro through your airtel app on 4 January 2019 and today evening I received a call from your verification team Mr. Sunil Kumar +91 98737 31581 that I should forward my Documents via Whts app to his mobile no, as he didn’t have time to visit my place. Now this is something really surprisingly and annoying. What type of people Airtel has appointed???
