As I took the airtel broadband connection in the month of May 2020. The broadband plan was every 3 months of tenure. For the first 3 months of period the service was good, later the fibres and the router started getting drop. As I e-mailed/called to the airtel customer support there is no response from the team for service for long time. Due to this I was got loss of pay in my office. For this cause I didn’t pay one month of bill as they didn’t respond to my request. and I got changed to other broadband service. Now I am getting warning calls and talk was harsh from airtel customer support. They are asking me to pay 1300/- extra as I delayed the one month due. If this is the case I need my loss of pay caused by them.
