So I called customer service to complaint about my network issue, when no resolution was given I spoke to the manager there called sushil, he placed my call on hold for 32 min and now when I try to call back am unable to call back, when no profanity was used he had no reason to behave in such an ungodly manner, all the agent there are useless, Bhavna the so called TEAM LEADER (pathetic) the manager sushil pathetic, false promise have been made, and I am very unhappy, I want to talk to sushil, and I want to be able to call the complaint number again, they are very unprofessional rude sarcastic and they treated me like an illiterate customer. This is really frustrating. When I asked to be transferred to a TL I was denied. After Alot if yelling I got a team leader bhavna who is useless, then I got the Manager sushil or someone pretending to be a manager.
