Text of Complaint by Luke:

My 24 hours recharge waste. Company says that they have no policy of refund. But on Google I see some customers get refund. Customer service also not good they always says for wait for 10 min. / 15mi. .
But it takes upto 24 hours
I have recharged my d2h on30/10/2022 , time 2:00 ,
Then on 31/10/2022 , time1:00.
My channel on. It take 24 hours to see my channels. I have call d2h customer care no. Probably 15/20 times. And chief officer cut my call. It’s too bad
Please look for it. Everytime whether it’s signal problem or anything else they says something problem on my set top box. And says we send service man and fix it and they charges 200 rupees.
Please court look for it
