Text of Complaint by Pradhabh Pandian:

I was offered with 199rs plan for cancelling my port request where I should be getting 1.5gb data per day and unlimited calls for 28 days. I didn’t get this offer after cancelling the port out request. I called the customer care team but they said they cannot activate this and they transferred the call to the supervisor who also said the same and asked me to email their team. I emailed to nodal officer with the screenshot of their offer details and its been more than 3 weeks. Im still getting emails from them stating they will resolve it within 48 hours, team is working on priority. Im really feeling depressed to type my complaint again and again. I contacted them through resolver which s a third party. When resolver contact them on behalf of me, Airtel is telling i have not added my email address. But I added the email id and got rge verification call as well. Airtel is playing with me. No one is trying to help. I also mentioned about the cashback amount 60rs which i didn’t receive for recharging 3 months before. Im feeling completely ignored and they dnt have courtesy to cal me also. Even nodal officer is not helping
