Hello I ordered mivi duopod a25 on 7 September 2021 after payment procedure i got redirected to home page and I didn’t received any message from mivi for the order confirmation. After that I contacted support team they asked for inceptial solution message from payu which i provided them with screenshot. After that they said your package is delivered contact blue dart services without providing me the tracking details. I contacted blue dart asking about package delivery but they said nothing is delivered please provide us tracking details. When i asked tracking details to mivi. But i have not received any response from them yet.
