Text of Complaint by Sandipamu Jagadeesh:

Dear sir/madam,

I have placed an order in Amazon, order No. 406-6572617-6628346 on 13th Feb, 2024. The product is promised to deliver on or before 22nd Feb,2024. The delivery team send a mail on 19th Feb,2024 that they have made an attempt to deliver the product but they have not attempted to deliver the product. I have called the customer service and informed about the same. They promised that the product will be delivered on or before 22nd Feb. I have been waiting for the product till evening. But the product is not delivered. At evening I called the customer service executive and informed about not delivering the product. Customer service executive escalated the issue and promised to deliver the product as soon as possible. After that, the product has been cancelled without my intention. I immediately called the customer service executive and they informed me that the product has been cancelled from executive end. I have been waiting for the product for last 10 days without ordering it anywhere else. I request them to kindly deliver the product as soon as possible without cancelling the product. I need of the product and I have been already paid the product. This is insane from the customer service executive to cancel the product without asking customer.
