Text of Complaint by toni Ellis:

Hi my name is toni Ellis I am a cancer sufferer. Last week I bought a new cell phone on trademe Galaxy note 5 to replace my Galaxy note 2 which is falling apart.  On Sunday I asked my fiance to take both phones to riccarton mall to get a new cell sim card as my new one takes a smaller one than my Galaxy 2. He came home after an hour and explained he got the sim card but they wouldn’t change the number from my old phone to my new phone because I wasn’t there as I was home sick in bed and hooked up to my Iv lines. She told him for us to call 777 explain the situation and that it could be done under special circumstances the first person we spoke to was ride and of no help and wouldn’t even put us on to a supervisor we had no choice but tohl hang up my fiance seeing me getting extremely upset decided to call 777 from his phone we got another gentleman who again we expained what we were told to do by the lady at the riccarton branch he totally understood took all informationd down including the number off the new sim card said he’d given my case a reference number and someone would call me back within 24 hours it’s now nearly going on double that no one has contacted me at all this phone I’m using is falling apart and being in the bad health I’m in what am I supposed to do? Disconnect my Iv lines and drag myself down there? I am extremely frustrated upset and angry at the treatmenti have been subjected to I seriously considering going with another phone company and putting my story out there.its not exceptable especially when we were told it could be done under special circumstances. I need a reliable phone as I am aloan alot being house bound is no joke
