I have ordered a gold coin which showed delivery out on 2nd of June 2023 however for what so ever reason In app it showed rescheduled for next day today on 5th of June 2023 it is still not delivered by raising first ticket they asked me to wait till 7 pm today later they asked it will be delivered today and on the last call which lasted for 78 min 48 sec which includes trasfer to senior desk as well they cancelled my order without my acnoledgement when I was clearing saying I want to cancel bt do not want to wait for 8-10 days and if thay is the case I can wait for more days for delivery or can go to warehouse and can pick the order for same
Moving on after cancelling agent also said you can not make any complain for him as there is no legel authority in Flipkart to take care for this and he is free to go saying this he disconnected the call
