I bought Boat ear pods yesterday. I expected very good quality & sound quality. However, it was pathetic. Hence, I contacted customer service of Amazon. While I understand that the return policy is different for this product, I expected one time exception.
Firstly, Amazon representatives who spoke with me, should have understood my issue. It took 40 mins only to understand what I want.
Secondly, I am looking for refund or replacement with any other Boat ear pods (I would pay the difference amount)
Later, I asked the rep to transfer the call to manager or escalations department, he said there is technical issue and call is not getting connected.
Amazon is such a big company and I wonder how come there is no escalations department for it.
If my order value does not qualify for an escalation, why are we even selling it?
There is no customer satisfaction and the issue was not resolved.
