Actually i booked the tickets two times means my friend is booked for my self unfortunately i also booked the ticked , regarding the ticket i tried to reach customer service but unfortunately i was not able yo reach to customer service to lodge the complaint .Because of this i lost my amount twice so i want to lodge complaint for the inconvenience.
