Text of Complaint by ARASNE TECHNOLOGY:

This is to inform you that Ticket id is closed without given any resolution We also share image where outer packing of product bear mark for Purchase date ,Product item -WD2tb, Dist Name and we also share Original bill copy but forcefully it is conveyed by Ms Mansi that customer is right , courier comapny is right .where seller is sending all used items to customer because we are in drop ship mode , this is very sad that is why seller is not selling on Snapdeal any more . But if all Original Invoice evidence are wrong than we do not have option but raise compliant to police for FIR logged because these activity shows that snapdeal also supporting all these activity .They are even not checking the evidence images given by seller
