Vodafone customer paid primary number on corporate plan suspended without any prior intimation and reasoning provided even after following up since last 7 days with their twitter, facebook account and also on email to corporatecare.india@vodafoneidea.com and appellate.mum@vodafoneidea.com emails. No one from Vodafone end has paid any attention to this important issue as due to sudden suspension inspite of all bills already cleared before suspension, I’m facing a lot of issue on daily basis for calling as well as OTP based transactions in banks and other places.
Requesting urgent intervention and help in this matter.
