Dear Paytm Team,

I am i Paytm user who availed your postpaid postpaid service ….due to some medical emergency in my family i failed to pay the bill on time however i closed due asap..

Now in my Paytm i am able to see the available amount in my Paytm postpaid but it is blocked….

Now my question is to you guys….if you blocked Paytm postpaid account then why this option and service is reflecting in my account…

Are you guys teasing me….by showing this amount…

I m gonna file a legal case against you in clause of mislead to customer….

Solve my concern asap. Find attachment for your reference.
