Text of Complaint by Harsh Sahu:

I have ordered from Zomato last night and then after just maximum 1 minute I got some emergency so that I wanted to cancel the order and they said it’ll be charged Rs.75 as a cancelation , 2 options were coming there whether you go ahead what you have ordered or else after deduction of Rs.75 other amount will be refund. So, after that I have talked via chat with Zomato customer executive named APARNA and was very rude via chatting and she said okay ” let me check ” after 3 minutes of wait she replied no it can not be possible as your order is ready. I mean if you take this much time to check then that only goin to happen then I wanted to elaborate about the case but then I’m getting text from her that thankyou for choosing Zomato.

I really don’t understand if that’s how they are treating their loyal customer then what about who are switching to them , hated the service of #ZOMATO
