Text of Complaint by AKHILESH AGRAWAL:

I WANTED TO ADD NETFLEIX APP ALONGWITH REST OF THE OTT, FOR WHICH C/CARE TEAM HAS SUGGESTED ME PACK OF RS. 448 AND SAME WAS CONFIRMED BY ME AND LATER ON CAME TO KNOW THEY HAVE ACTIVATED PACK OF RS.499, WHICH HAVE ONLY NETFLEIX APP AND NOT REST OF THE APP.
SO TO WATCH REST OF THE OTT APP, I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO RECHARGED MY ACCOUNT BY 250/-
I HAVE BEEN CHASING ATO TATA PLAY BINGE SINCE LAST ONE WEEK, BUT NOT GETTING ANY RESULT.
PLZ HELP ME TO GET BACK MY AMOUNT OF RS, 499, WHICH WAS NOT ASKED BY ME.
