My number is 9475736285. It is under family plan.
And literally am not understanding that is this the promising service which is been giving to the customers.
After raising several complaints several calls, their company is not giving the solutions. Even their so called supervisors after making the commitments that you will receive a call from their team. Am not receiving any calls.
They are just training their executives to tell to the customers that we are the valuable customers. Is this the value that they are showing?
On Saturday I have been given commitment by their supervisor that I will receive a call from their technical team with in 4-5 hours. Yet I haven’t received a call. Today I have been told that you will receive a call before 4 PM. Now it’s 4.55 PM.
Please advise me on what grounds they are charging a customer.
I have been in a 4G connection. I am attaching some snapshot. It is their service. And for this poor than 3rd class service am I supposed to pay them 1000 bucks every month.
In WhatsApp it is taking more than 2 minutes to deliver a normal text message in 4g service. Is this for what they are charging me ?
After telling them to send me the call recordings they haven’t sent me any recordings.
