Customer care do not have any fixed policy they do not work properly they do not able to understand what customer is saying to him without the concern of the customer his back in team is rejecting the I didn’t policy of my father’s again and again began the canteen had rejected 5 times without the concern of the customer they did not give any message calls and mail to the customer Customer is very much disappointed with these activities because I have wasted my 10 days calling to the customer care veteran policy is there and I am from facing problem with the shoes is 5100 ₹9 At last I am very much disturbed disturb with the customer care and the flipkart serviyeso I request the team And the senior officers to please look into it otherwise the belief in the flipkart will decrease from the customer and now if the service centre and the sailors will act in this manner because of some amount of profit.
