Text of Complaint by Anand Nimavat:

I called to CC for my internet disconnect while getting call. i use already idea and JIO ISP fine. I informed CCR (customer care representative) to raise complain regarding network issue that my data disconnect while receive call.
He informed me that he can not take complain because volte service enabled. i asked him to resolve my issue. i asked him to raise complain for resolve this issue then he told that he cannot take complain while volte service is activated. i asked him multiple time but he just stick with one argument. and he told that your call is recorded continuously in IVR. and when i speak he not listen and he argue with loudly. i told him to i already worked with vodafone in custmercare and i know how should to talk with customer while he speak at that time you should listen but he argue that he have sense and he said Liar to me you didn’t say that. when i asked him to transfer call to senior then he told we cannot take complain regarding volte.
after that he ready to transfer the call he repeatedly said that we cannot take complain while volte is working. i said that i have internet issue and i need to complain about you also but till end he said that i have no problem and there is no such complain regarding volte. i said first that i have issue in 4g network in volte. i said simple i didn’t asked you to you have problem or not, you have to simple to transfer and don’t argue. after that his senior name with Kartik
talked to me and i said i need to raise 2 complain. but he took one complain regarding network but he also denied to take complain about CCR.

Vodafone complain no is GUJ-V01191470685.

i was stop using vodafone since long because earlier the same behavior done by CCR from Vodafone, in other ISP they have good response, listen carefully and then take complain and resolve it.
