had used paytm postapid 40k money and same was to be paid in EMI but app never gave an option of pay i emi even befor bill generation even not after bill got generated..till now have paid 11k and its been only 1 month they are every calling in a day i get 5 calls everyone harassing to pay or they will visit house call family i think they are taking undue advantage even i have informed them i was suppose to pay in emi and because their app didnt gave the option even after promising emi option was not avaialble and now its becoming difficult to pay the lumpsum amount and now 3 days ago only have made the payment they are again asking to make payment in this month only or they will call family and visit home this is not done have never said i wont be paying but they are hqrrasing like anything this is too much to take in this is mental harassment which is not tolerable now plss take a note this behavior is not acceptable even if custome is saying they will pay they are bullying pathetic
