My brothers airtel number is lost and some one is using it and i give all details of customer cares n they said ok in 1 hour no will be blocked and today also that number is not blocked i called again in customer care and now they are saying that i am giving wrong data and number will be not be blocked by us and airtel store is nearly 50 km away from my location plz help me
