- Hi, my name is Diganta Das one of the esteemed customer of vodafone network. I have been using Vodafone connection for past 3 years or more than that. But today at around 3.05 pm I have been continuosly trying to call vodafone call centre but they did nt pickup the call and fortunately one of the vodafone customer agent pick up my call at 3.23 Pm..He picked up my call insted of hearing my problem he just cut down by stating some stupid VERBIAGE. My complaint is if there is any issues than how can I clearly able to listen his voice which he did nt listen to mine? I think he disconnect the line upon his own will which he did not authorize to do. I had call to vodafone call centre to make them listen that my vodafone network is not working and i am facing lots of problem due to that…. My internet connection is not working and I have facing problem while calling to someone…. I can understand that this inevitable situation is caused due to Amphan cycloan which hits west bengal and kolkata on May 20 th 2020,but I have also a jio sim which is working absolutely fine…. If Amphan cycloan creates havoc impact on vodafone tower is completely ok I can understand it but the way that agent behaved to me is disrespectful to me he just cut the call without listening that hurts my sentiments..
