Text of Complaint by Anam Rabbani:

I ordered 4 items which was suppose to be delivered by 24 August ’24 . I kept on calling delivery agent but he never picked up the call. He gave me a missed call of 3 seconds, again I kept calling him when he hardly picked up once and said “I don’t have any parcel on your name” and disconnected. After sometime I got a message that order has been delivered which I never got. I ordered those items in an emergency. It was an pre-paid order. I have been trying to contact customer care since that night. At first they said they will fix within 24hrs for being Prime Member. Nothing happened in those 24h. Again I reached out to them, they said to wait for another 24h. Nothing happened again! And then when I contacted, they said to wait till next 5 days. They just keep on increasing time. The last girl I spoke to, she was such a mannerless lady who just uttered that they cannot do anything else and disconnected the call.
