On 11th march I made two recharge of rs 598 in which one was successfully done. For the other rs 598 customer care told me your money will be back within 10 days, I called for 3 times but there was same answer. On 2 Apr they told there are two recharge done on 11th and 12 th march and your plan extended. Why they extended my plan ? They use my money. They cheated me. I just want my money back.
Airtel, I am your customer. I lost my money because of your rules and wrong information given by your customer care employees. After multiple time of my call, they told ” My money cann’t be back”. Rules only for how to take money from customer, there are no rules to give back if mistake of yours. Because of your mistake I lost my money. Why you usually told me my money will back in 10 days. After 10 days, plan extended without my permission. Please change your rules and don’t cheat customer. Airtel is not good.
Because of your mistake why customers money is the solution.
