Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your kind notice about the behaviour of your customer care executive, I received a call regarding my order no.OD110299768983112000, it was displaying ng that it has been delivered while it hasn’t been. I was talking about this to your executive when instead of listening to my problem he started acting as if he is not able to listen to me, please don’t take me wrong, I also know genuine problem and a hoax and to check this I did lost my control to abuse, to check whether he is listening and he did acted well.
So please solve this matter and do take care of actors creating fake drama instead of actually solving problems of customer, for which they are recruited.
