i am working from home and i am depended on my phone to do my work as i work as a sale executive in a luxury furniture brand. I need to be connected to my clients all the time via the phone and online.
i had my internet disconnected for 5 days and then i had connection problem for a week to the point that i had to use a different phone to call Vodafone because my line was had really bad connection. they told me that it will be resolve very soon but 2 days ago i had my contact number changed without my knowledge.
I called and asked why would this happen and someone from Vodafone told me that they made a mistake and i would be fixed 100%. by next 24 hour, its been over 48 hours now and i called them to see why wouldn’t the fix their mistake and all they told me was to wait and wait and wait more. i insisted to speak to a manager and i am waiting on the phone for their manager for 78 minuets and i will be on the phone waiting.
all this issues making me lose income and lose business because i either don’t have internet connection or phone signal connection and its been days that i don’t have my number which i had for past 12 years.
what i want firstly is my contact number back and then i want Vodafone to compensate me for every single day that they failed to provide me the service which i am paying for. as for changing my contact number without my knowledge they made unreachable to my clients and my managers/bosses.
