Me and my partner joined cult fit transform bootcamp plan. Where we were expected a nutritionist and a trainer as well as proactive approach to lose weight. We were charged 8000rs+ per head. Now the brand has failed to deliver a meal plan on time and classes as expected. They are refusing refund. When I agreed to change my membership to an elite gym plan, even that compensation is being denied. I need some form of compensation for my money. This is out right fraud.
