This app is full of scam, I mistakenly taken loan from them and Currently I am in financial crises due to that I was not able to pay, they are calling all my contacts, As per RBI GUIDELINES they can’t do that, even they are sending my photos /edited videos to my contacts, please help me with this .

I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
