I had applied for cug post paid (+91 94295 84074) connection to prepaid connection on 15 Oct 20118. At Vodafone Customer care store, Lal tekri, Oppo BSNL Office, BHUJ District Kachchh. Gujarat State.
I was told that it will be activated within four days. I had paid all due bills on 15 October 2018. I had paid also prepaid sim cost with data plan. Still sim is not activated. I visited such store three times. But they are not responding. They are saying lounge your complain on 198. And in 198 I am instructed to visit store to solve problem. In short I am literally harassed by Vodafone staff and customer care.
